Silent Light exists to equip, encourage, and send future Shepherds, Artists, and Builders—those called to carry the light of Jesus into every sphere of life.

We are the nonprofit expression of Banquet, created to develop and plant Kingdom ecosystems that unite the sacred and the secular through hospitality, creativity, and mission.

Where some see ministry as a program, we see it as a presence—a lived witness that cultivates beauty, goodness, and truth in neighborhoods, businesses, and homes.

Silent Light is a community of practitioners—men and women who believe the Spirit still leads the church into the world, and that the next reformation will be embodied through faithful imagination and incarnational leadership.

OUR MISSION

To form and send a new generation of spiritual leaders who embody the way of Jesus through:

• Shepherding — tending souls and communities with compassion and wisdom.

• Artistry — revealing beauty that awakens awareness of God.

• Building — creating sustainable, Kingdom-minded ventures that bless their cities.

We believe that when these three callings move together, the Church becomes a living ecosystem—a presence of light, creativity, and renewal in the world.

Our Work

Silent Light offers cohorts, retreats, and ongoing support for leaders at the intersection of faith, culture, and vocation.

We partner with churches, entrepreneurs, artists, and civic leaders to plant Kingdom ecosystems—spaces where spiritual and social renewal overlap.

From mentoring future pastors and planters to resourcing local makers, to hosting gatherings that stir imagination and prayer, every initiative flows from one conviction:
